Brian Pilling, AIA has designed over 200 custom homes and renovations for primary and vacation home buyers.

Brian has designed a ballet studio for a world renowned summer festival, an international “think tank” for economic research, and taught fourth and fifth graders architectural design.

Brian is currently Director of Design at Retnauer Design Associates in Chesapeake, Virginia.  RDA brings great resources to the table for both commercial and residential work, not to mention a library of over six hundred house plans.
